Where transformation begins.

When you've spent your whole life surrounded by others, the moment you're forced to be alone, it doesn't just hurt... it shatters you.

That was one of the hardest periods I’ve ever had to face. Not just because of abandonment issues, but because I was choosing myself while being completely alone.

Life tests your strength in those moments. You either bottle it all up until it breaks you, or you fall apart and hope you can put yourself back together, even if you’re never the same.

I learned a lot during that time...

Starting with the realization that I hated myself. My internal dialogue was cruel, unrelenting. Until one day, I had an epiphany after hearing a song. We’re all born blank slates. That voice in your head? It didn’t start with you. It was handed to you when you were young, meaning you can change it.

I started with talking to myself differently. By choosing compassion over criticism and taking everything one day at a time. Slowly, I rebuilt my confidence from the inside out and learned how to heal myself without needing anyone else to validate it.

So if you are ever forced to be alone, know this: everything will be okay. This is not a failure. This is where transformation begins.
