What if I make it too late?

A struggle I’m currently facing is the fear of making it too late.
There is a goal, and I have planned in order to set myself up for success, but I am still worried. How long will it take? Will I be older than I wanted to be when I finally make it?
What a difficult thing to ask of someone in school: knowing where you want to go in life. Then realizing your path also has to pay enough.
After getting close to achieving a portion of your goal, you discover a lack of passion and a sense of horror at the thought that this could be your career until you die. Forcing you to pivot and almost start over again...
No? Just me?
How much energy do I have left to juggle it all? It is not just the internal doubt, but work, money, debt, home life, and myself.
Not only am I worrying about x, y, and z, but I also have to keep an eye on the people around me. Water those social plants, but with what energy? With what time?
Every time you say yes to something, you are also saying no to something else...
To say the very least, this is absolutely exhausting.
